I·AM ENERGY was born from a shared dream of creating a space where people can reconnect with themselves and the world around them. Inspired by personal journeys, Sandra, Magnus, and Alina joined forces to build a community focused on holistic well-being and personal growth.
Sandra’s love for nature and Kundalini energy work, Magnus’s passion for sound and rhythm, and Alina’s dedication to unity and harmony all come together to offer unique and transformative experiences. From guided sessions and nature immersions to sound baths and Kundalini activations, we’ve crafted something special for everyone.

My journey into the esoteric began with a deep curiosity and a thirst for something more. That path led me to my first Kundalini activation session—a turning point that sparked a profound spiritual awakening.
I discovered my passion for Kundalini energy work along my journey and decided to pursue it further. I realized how these practices help awaken higher states of consciousness, expand awareness, find inner peace and harmony, and ultimately heal.
The profound experience of buzzing at a frequency aligning with my quest for inner growth offers me a better understanding of the healing process, and rewards me by connecting with my surroundings and the people in it more profoundly - I feel at one with my true nature.

MAGNUS JOHNSON
the ARTIST
My conscious realization of being at one with a greater whole manifests through sonic interaction, when in a flow-state connecting my inner energetic self via vibrations in the physical plain, that with the grace of presence harmoniously merge with the vaster outer realms of infinite potential. Engaged in sonic interplay, all else fades away, there is only vibration, and I am that vibration, that energy. This is when I feel at my most present - this state of being is what divinity is to me.
I've dedicated my life to sound and rhythm. From my earliest sonic memories from inside my mother’s womb to the life-long cultivation of musical expression that has guided me in my pursuits as a performing artist, providing me emotional nourishment, and a meditational tool and lifeline intuitively ushering me throughout my development in the acoustics of life. My understanding of the world is thus based on sonic wisdom, on the interplay of the energetic vibrations we all emit.
